We own three beautiful Destin Townhouse Condos.  They are located at Southbay by the Gulf, a community of individually owned  townhouse homes in beautiful Destin, Florida.   The family oriented complex stretches between a private white sandy beach on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and Highway 98.  Southbay by the Gulf, in the heart of Destin, is located  half-way between the Destin bridge and the Mid-bay toll bridge. In the middle of the complex is a five acre fresh-water lake.  Enjoyable lake activities for the kids include fishing and feeding the fish, turtles and birds (ducks, geese, blue herons and seagulls).
